Kiboko Africa Safaris is here to work with you to create an unforgettable adventure through Uganda — the Pearl of Africa and home to the source of the White Nile, the world’s longest river. Kiboko Africa Safaris will turn your dreams into reality. Come visit any (or all!) of our 10 national parks and numerous game reserves and observe close up Uganda’s vast array of primates and other wildlife. Top on the list are the endangered mountain gorillas living in the Bwindi Impenetrable Rain Forest and the Mgahinga National Park, and the chimpanzee families you can track in Kibale National Park.
Kiboko Africa Safaris organizes wildlife photography and observation safaris throughout Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. We are always on the lookout for offbeat adventures. We’re here for you, staying in close contact with you during all preparations, providing you with up-dated information throughout the whole process and always securing the most advantageous prices.
Kiboko Africa Safaris has designed each and every package to be balanced with both the finest exposure to our wildlife and with our greatest asset — the peoples of Uganda. We at Kiboko Africa Safaris love our country and we take pride in showing travelers what makes us unique. All of your senses will be awakened. You will taste our foods, encounter our traditional lifestyles, experience how we live in harmony with our wildlife and habitat. Our clients both venture into the wild to encounter majestic animals and then return to the personal and meet our people.
Uganda has dozens of different tribes, many living traditionally in their environment, such as the Batwa of the rainforest. Tracking the mountain gorillas is an amazing experience, but would be somewhat incomplete without visiting the Batwa who live in the same rainforest. Likewise in the far north, the Karamoja pastoralists proudly live in the dry windswept region between the mountains of Sudan and the Eastern Rift escarpment. Uganda abounds with so many adventures and we make sure you experience all aspects, whether you are exploring one of the national parks or adventuring on Lake Bunyonyi or rafting on the Nile River.
As with all professional tour guides in Uganda, Kiboko Africa Safaris has many years of experience, we cater to all budgets, we specialize in small group encounters, we offer the best trained English-speaking guides and of course, we use only new well-maintained safari vehicles.
At Kiboko Africa Safaris, we offer a wide range of wildlife trips to our 10 national parks and game reserves throughout the country. You will have opportunities to encounter the African Big Five — elephants, leopards, lions, African Cape buffalo and rhinos. In addition, Uganda is the land of primates so along with the endangered mountain gorillas and the chimpanzees, undoubtedly you will meet baboons and some, if not all, of our 15 species of diurnal monkeys.

First, Uganda is home to half of the world’s endangered mountain gorillas and you can track and observe them up close. To say nothing of our many families of chimpanzees.
Second, the source of the White Nile is here in Uganda. In Jinja, a small city with several lodges some 80km north of Kampala.
Third, hundreds of bird species live, migrate and nest in Uganda. And great hordes of wild beasts tromp through the expansive terrain of our national parks.
And, and, and. The list goes on. Some of our beauty is more subtle. A recent guest was enamored by the vast “sweet green” tea plantations she observed while we drove to the Kibale Forest. You will find your charms.
There are dozens of countries in sub-Saharan Africa that offer grand vistas, tropical rainforests and wildlife galore and we encourage you to visit our neighbors but do come to Uganda and experience our hospitality. Travelers return to us time and again. We will introduce you not only to our wild life, but to the warm embrace of our local peoples. Uganda is a home to us all.
